LATENESS:
Clients should arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to allow time to fill out paperwork. Late arrivals will be cancelled and your booking fee will be not be refunded.
CANCELLATIONS:
Please allow 72 hours or more notice when rescheduling your appointment. All Booking fees are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your appointment, your booking fee will not be refunded.
NO GUESTS PLEASE:
I kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied to your appointment. I do not allow friends, boyfriends, husbands, or children to accompany you during your service. They are more than welcome to wait in the front waiting area.
DEPOSITS:
A $75 NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee is due immediately upon booking your appointment. Booking Fees will be charged to a credit card provided to the receptionist upon booking your appointment. This booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your initial session. The remaining balance can be paid at your appointment with credit card, venmo, check, or cash.
CONSULTATIONS:
All clients are welcome to book a consultation before their appointment to have all the questions answered. I am also happy to answer questions and help you feel more at ease with your service over the phone. Please contact the front desk at Kepare to get my direct number.
FUTURE TOUCH UPS FOR RETURN CLIENTS:
Pricing Varies for all Future Touch- Up Appointments. Priority booking will always be given to my return clients.
EXISTING BROW TATTOOS:
I am always up for a challenge, but am also cautious when working over existing tattoos and other tattoo artists' work. If you have had previous permanent makeup I do require a consultation. Please let the front receptionist know when booking your consultation when you had your last tattoo service, and how many sessions you received.
GRATUITIES
While not mandatory, all gratuities are welcome and appreciated.
